Cons:Do not book with this company. Not only did I not get the car I requested I had to pay extra 570 dollars for a beat up gigantic fan that they held 3,0000 US dollars in credit card deposit. They said they would replace the car the next day but we spent a LOT OF MONEY on gas for the one they didn’t exchange. Do not get ripped off as we (and other people did who were being helped by another attendant.) You can’t get through to customer service either. Don’t let them direct you to this company. Stick with Avis or budget especially if you don’t speak Spanish!
Customer service was amazing I was treated like a queen, they even fetch me some snacks while I was waiting for my rental. The only thing I didn't like was to wait for almost 2 hours to receive the car after a long flight with my 8 yo kid.
