Four days after drop-off still no confirmation of the return and the deposit is still blocked on my card.

The day before my rental I received a confirmation for 15 passenger van. When I arrived to pick it up they did not have one. I got a 12 passenger van instead and wasn’t offered a price adjustment. When I dropped it off I was the one who inquired about a cost difference between the two sizes and asked for an adjustment. This was very frustrating.
