All in all had a very good experience with NZ car rentals. The car was excellent in all ways. The handover good except I was given the wrong address on my paperwork but I worked that out..I would have liked to have been taken to the car. It wasn't where I was told and spent a bit of time finding it plus a couple of other questions I had. The car went well. Drop off went smoothly. No problems. I would be happy to hire and recommend NZ discount cars.

Overall a great experience. A bit of walking from the airport terminal to reach the Shuttle bus pick up and drop off location. It was also a bit of challenge to find the exact location to wait for the bus at the terminal. Recommend providing extra signage to show the names of the shuttle buses stopping at the bus terminal location.

Great from start to finish. Even though offsite there were no problems with pick up or drop off. Particular mention for our shuttle driver who was extremely friendly and professional and a great representative for your company. Very good value for money.
