I have to give this resort 5 stars for the food alone! We've been to many resorts, but the food here was just above and beyond. From the shuttle ride from the airport and through our entire stay everyone was so courteous. Always making sure we had everything we needed. There were some moments where we just wanted to be left alone to enjoy our vacation, but better to have service then to have none. They had 4 pools ... one facing the beach with a bar, one large one in the middle with a bar and dj and two side pools that were much more quiet. I enjoyed the side pools. Each pool had waiter service so it didn't matter where you were, you were always treated with great care. They also have one of the best hotel gyms I've been in. Lots of cardio machines, strength machines and dumbbells, kettlebells, bench racks, smith machine, etc. It was fantastic! It did get crowded once it was closer to the weekend, but that's to be expected. My only downside was we were forced into a marketing presentation as soon as we go to the resort. I understand that they have to make money, but we just got off the plane and airport shuttle and wanted to go to our room to settle in. The upside was that once we declined their presentation, we were never bothered with it again. It was just off putting since we've already spent so much to travel there. Other than that minor hiccup, we had a fantasy stay.
