Staff is friendly but service is horrible. We’ve ordered drinks to our room, staff said it will take 25min. After one hour I’ve called again and in total we’ve waited almost 1,5h. Same at the Crocodile bar. Ordered one cafe Americano, left without coffee after 20min. At this time there were just 5 guests… Hillside rooms are not our taste. You need to use cable car, which is very slow and not reliable. Unfortunately I’ve lost our two keycards. Got fully charged for the loss, despite I’ve expressed my unhappiness about the service. In my opinion, this hotel is not worth the price. I’ve stayed in way better (even much cheaper) hotels in Patong.
