At first I didn’t get the car I booked but a different model, which in my opinion it’s a cheaper model, moreover the lady at the pickup desk was trying to convince me that this model is better than the one I booked and offered me other cars similar to the one I booked but with an extra charge which for sure was unacceptable for me, I was in rush so I had to accept what I got. I paid extra to drop off the car at an another place than the pickup location but unfortunately there were no one to collect the car from us at the drop off location so I had to call the office, and after waiting more than 10 minutes so they will answer I was given other number which didn’t answer after trying for 10 min, at the end I found a local number for Sixt which provided me to park the car about 500 meters from the airport(the chosen drop off location by me) and throw the key to a box, because there office at this location is temporary closed, a waste of time about 50min which almost led us to loose our flight, the lady at the pickup point didn’t gave me these instructions for the drop off process. Therefore I’m not satisfied with the service and for sure I’m going to recommend a refund.
