Arrived called to make sure where to catch the shuttle and waited.... got to the car rental office and there was no one there from ACE to greet us, waited and asked to make sure we were at the right place. Their was a sign but no one there to help. Than we were told by OK car rental that no one would be there and no one new what to expect... waited another 1/2 hr and no one showed up. I called the US main office and was told that someone should be there to take care of us. No one showed up so I rented car with OK car rental at the Barcelona airport as we had deadlines where we needed to go..... HORRIBLE experience with ACE at the offsite car rental at the BCN El Prat de Llobregat international airport...
