Staff were very friendly at pick up in Barcelona and drop off in Madrid. Ricky was the agent in Madrid and he was great! Staff also spoke English in both locations.

Pick up and drop off were both efficient and the staff friendly. The car, however, was almost out of gas and did not drive well. It surged while driving non the highway and also the engine would randomly surge while stopped at a traffic light. It was so bad that I debated whether to trade in the car for another once I reached my destination. Would not recommend their cars based on the quality of the vehicle and being provided a car in which I had to fill the gas tank in before I could begin my journey.
