I PAID $135.00 AND NEVER EVEN GOT TO GET THE CAR. I WAS DENIED AT COUNTER BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A FLIGHT BOOKED TOO. AND WAS TOLD I COULDNT BE REFUNDED OR SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT PICK UP LOCATION EITHER. APPARENTLY IN ORDER TO GET A CAR RENTAL WITH PICK UP LOCATION AT DSM AIRPORT YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A FLIGHT BOOKED OUT OF THAT AIRPORT. OBVIOUSLY I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIIS. I DID NOT SEE THIS INFO ON ANY TERMS & CONDITIONS, OR POLICIES. IVE SPENT HOURS TRYING TO RESLOVE THIS ISSUE SINCE FRIDAY. IVE CALLED KAYAK, CAR RENTERS.COM, AND PAYLESS AND STILL NOTHING. IM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS AND THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE FROM ALL INVOLVED HAS BEEN SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTING. I WOULD LIKE EITHER A REFUND OR TO BOOK A CAR RENTAL FOR ANOTHER TIME, OR HOTEL ROOM OR SOMETHING. $135 MAY NOT BE MUCH MONEY TO SOME BUT ITS ALOT TO ME AND MY FAMILY. WE SAVED FOR 2 MONTHS TO COME UP W THE EXTRA FUNDS TO GET THIS XAR RENTAL TO ATTEND A GRADUATION CEREMONY. WHICH WE COULD NOT ATTEND DUE TO NOT GETTING THE RENTAL CAR. SO AS YOU CAN NOW SEE IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
