Sales tactics were a little dodgy at pick-up. The reception staff tried to convince me to pay for an upgrade to a larger vehicle which I declined. It turned out that the company did not have the compact I had ordered and knew this, hence the hard-sell for a larger vehicle. I opted to stay with my more modest choice and was rewarded with a 'free upgrade'.

The petrol tank was not full to the top. The needle actually showed below full. As I did a 1,500 km journey, I filled up a number of times and was able to estimate about a 120km short fall on that partially full tank. I was not very pleased.
