TOTAL RIP OFF! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They advertise Low daily rates and then jack you on a million fees, limited miles, fees and more fees and More Fees. Called the number numerous times - NEVER got to a human being! Got message “we will call you back” - Never got a call back. I will say that the staff at the office were friendly and professional when we were there. No problem with the people! The problem is that you can’t get through to a Person when you call. And did I mention that they Jack you on a bunch of Fees?!?! Total cost was more than I would have paid to a name-brand company. DO NOT be fooled by “low daily rates”.

We didnt get clear communication about deposit to be left, it was 800+ euros for a small Nissan Micra, we were not prepared for such amount abd it has been an issue with extra costs. Car AC didnt work

The provider did not provide the service as per the booking he claimed that someone called on my behalf to change the timing of the booking which is not true. And even if it were true, the service provider has the duty to verify the identity of the called. I have requested a full refund, which if not provided, will pursue all avenues to get my money back.

There were a lot of hidden fees that weren’t mentioned during the initial booking. There was only a vague reference to “possible additional fees.” This whole experience was an example of predatory advertising that forces people to buy unnecessary package details like the sun pass and high deductibles on insurance. All of the pricing information should be listed up front. Had I known before booking then I never would have rented a vehicle from them. This experience was a terrible start to an otherwise good vacation.

I think you should remove Green motion from your list. The have set-up their algorithms that the rental price shown is without insurance. Whilst booking the car I was charged an additional insurance on my credit card (with no invoice) and I still had to purchase insurance on site. Obviously I was expecting to pay additional insurance on a 100$ rent - but I was not prepared for the additional 350$ charge. The staff was instructed to sell me the “prepaid toll” package for 12$ a day (!) despite the fact that due to the aftermath of hurricane Ian the tolls on the west coast where suspended. I am just glad I did my homework on that part and did not fell for that as well.
