On arrival it would have been nice to be greeted. After paying the key gets handed to you and nothing else. No one explained the car to me or process of recording photos of the car. I just sat in a car I've never driven before confused. How do I start it,where's the hand brake etc as I'm not used to a button start. Very overwhelmed expediting out into chaotic traffic on the freeway. The car was good,drop off friendly but pick up was less than great customer service.

The hyundai Tucsan was great to drive and the apple car play features were very helpful especially with the maps. Check in and drop off was quick and easy. Would def be back.
