We had a reservation. Car was ready when we arrived and the return was a very easy procedure. They had cars to rent when everyone else in a 20 mile radius of the airport were out of inventory. Would definitely use again.

The Fort Wayne IN airport needs designated signs where you can and cannot park during construction when picking up your rental car. The officer there, Scott Adam, was very rude to us. The staff at the car rental place were efficient and did a good job. Otherwise, a good experience.

Biggest issue was that they charged my card 200,00 deposit without saying anything. My rental was 370.00 and they put 570.00 on my card when I picked it up and again when I returned it. Now I have to check my statement and make sure that no only did I get my two hundred back, that they did not charge me twice.
