The car smelled like a cigarette
Cons:Only complaint was that the washer fluid was out but overall experience was great staff at pick up was very friendly and the process was quick drop off was prior to staff getting in but there was an area to drop off and deposit keys
Price was high. Drop off instructions not clear. Line for pickup too long
My overall experience was great. The only part that was poor, reservation counter. The woman called me over. I went to hand her my drivers license. I had my credit card on my hand also. She kept her hand out wanting the CC at the same time. She Said nothing. She punched a bunch of stuff in the computer. I listened to the guy next to her with his customer. I heard about the insurance, the return policy, the gas options. My woman said nothing. The guy asks his customer if she prefers either of the 2 cars available. She says one. At the same time my woman reaches in the box and grabs a key. The guy says to his customer, oh well it’s the Elantra, my woman grabbed the Toyota keys. She flips the contract on the counter and says initial and sign, so I try to read the faded ink and sign it all. She hands me the keys says the slot number for the car. And that was it. I learned from the other guy working, what to do with the keys and everything. The woman was horrible!! I’m fine with renting cars. I know the basics. But if I didn’t know anything, my woman was super rude!!!
