We made a reservation and went to the Enterprise counter at the Atlanta Airport and was told we did not have a reservation and they had no cars available. We had to rent from Avis and paid over $600.00 for 3 days to go to a wedding.

When I arrived, I was told I was at the wrong Enterprise desk...and that the other one was closed. There were NO cars available, at any price (let alone the "bargain" price I had booked) and I had to take a much higher walk-up rate at Avis. Lucky for me I have credit and Avis had a car! Enterprise USED TO BE a reliable vendor, but I hear nothing good about them anymore.

Made a reservation a few days in advance with email confirmation of the reservation only to be told on the day of that they “have over 30 reservations but only one car available”. Glad we were able to go through Turo or we would’ve had to cancel our road trip, and the plans we already paid for would have been a waste of money. Really doesn’t make sense to keep letting people book online if they know they have a car shortage

I had a reservation for a minivan for my family of six. When I arrived at the counter, the first thing the assistant told me was “we don’t have any cars for three hours.” They did not ask for any of my details, they just said there were no cars for anyone and there was nothing they could do about it. Very unhelpful and borderline rude. After about an hour of searching for other options online, I went back to the desk and asked them to confirm the wait. The same assistant told me “well we have minivans.” When I told them that was what I reserved, she said “well you should have told me that when you checked in.” Very disappointing experience.

We had a terrible experience with our drop off. We had to change our plans and our original pickup location was closed. We called Hertz and we were on the phone for 2 hrs being transferred around. No one could help us figure out what we were supposed to do with the car. Finally we just took it to the airport (airport staff was extremely rude) where again no one knew how to help. We ended up getting charged $2,200. We then went to the Hertz counter where a kind lady talked to her manager and helped us get our original prices. I will absolutely NEVER use Hertz again. Their staff is UNFRIENDLY and have no idea how to help!

I was searching Kayak for car rentals at Atlanta airport. Sixt was suggested as the best option. Only after booking I found that the rental location was on the other end of the city. It is unbelievable that I was tricked into renting a car at the other end of the town. A confirmation email from Kayak said I would receive an email from Sixt with support information. I received no communication from Sixt and could not access their support. Finally, I did not pick up the car and was charged the total amount by Sixt. This is unbelievable. I hope that you can help me get the refund.

I requested a car from Atlanta Airport. When I arrived at the counter in the airport I was told I had rented from the sixt location 20 minutes away. When I arrived there by Uber which was an extra $35. There were some other people who had the same experience. To compound the problem they didn't have the car I ordered, a BMW X3 and could only offer a Chevy Malibu, which as I was already late I had to take. Overall a really bad experience and with no one to talk to at priceline there is nothing I can do except stop using this service.

I didn’t lack the availability of rental cars for the large metropolitan area of Atlanta. No rental cars were available at the airport!!! Avis website didn’t have any rental cars available. I had to use an outside platform on Priceline.com to rent my car from Avis. We like the return location in Memphis. Although I didn’t receive a printed check-in receipt at the Memphis Airport Return location. We like the unlimited mileage. The car was unkept to have been a 2021 or 2022 model

The drop off procedure was very well organised at Miami airport. The pick up was a nightmare. According to the contract AVIS should have accepted my debit card (( with more then enoughmoney on my account) but it refused.
