Waiting in line for a rental pick up in this day and age is ridiculous. Doing so in an uncomfortable parking garage with no seating even more so. Add that to the not-very-pleasant people working there (barking at waitining customers, no eye contact mumbling at counter) and you get the picture. Plus, the car itself had terrible highway noise. Going with the recognized "brand" turned out not to be much better than the super-economical rental agency I decided against.

Huge line at the airport check which moved kind of quick to my surprise. Guy behind the counted was friendly quick and I was on my way. Same at the drop. No line but things went smooth and fast.
