Hello, I didn’t even had the chance to get my car the day of the pickup, i arrived at the rental service, we filled in all the necessary documents and at the moment of payment i want to pay with my credit card and it Failed so i wanted to pay with a the credit card of my friend who was travelling with me and the guy was making a scene because he didn’t want me to pay by with the card of somebody else, i don’t see the logic in this?? If there is a proper reason, i think it should be fine to precise it on the website, at the moment of the online rental. Honestly disappointed for a big rental company as hertz !!
