I had to get a replacement car while I was out of town and they gave me a really crappy car compared to when I rented.

I thought the pick up was easy, but when I arrived to get the car, I was told I would be charged a $3.40 fee. I thought I'd paid in full online. I don't like hidden charges no matter how minimal. The car was clean inside, but it could've used a better washing on the exterior. Also, when I went to turn the car in a day early, the placed where I picked it up closed early, and I had to drop it off about 2 miles away. I was charged an extra $20 for that. I am not happy that I got charged after turning it in a day early and the original rental place was closed having to pay extra money.

I would've appreciated being reminded of Triple A discount benefits to help cut down my costs. But in my hurry, I failed to remember myself. Otherwise the car was ready and cleaned and was the perfect most comfortable experience traveling up to Big Bear with my family. We all felt safe and in luxury with the new 2022 Suburban I chose.
