The person who helped us during pickup was quite rude and aggressive in offering insurance. She had a visible attitude and was not courteous when managing the rental.

Smooth at check-in, knowledgeable representative, got a very nice ride. The price was hefty since the dropoff was at a different location. Understandable, I was fine with that. Dropoff: bitter. Sat 2:30pm and the Santander (Cantabria, Spain) airport rental return lot was unattended, which was a total surprise for me. Walked inside the airport to the rental office and it was closed... Dropped-in the car key with a note, hoping they'll send me a final bill without any surprise...
