Got a smaller car than reserved. Childseat is massiv ripoff. The electric car died totally and they didn't help at all, had to fix it by myself because they didn't call back and then weren't reachable at all!

The car was dirty on the exterior upon pickup but otherwise brand new vehicle. At return they did however more than double the mileage we actually drove on the return billet. We drove 405 km total and they input 1100 km. Recommend taking photos and video both before and after. Otherwise experience was fairly seamless.

The payment for a scratch was too much, we hard ti pay 1000€ for a scratch on the bumper. The customers were unhelpful and did not speak english so they could not understand us at all. We think it's a prerogative to speak english for those people at the Airport that interface with people of multiple nationality.
