I am very concerned about this company. After having a normal rental experience and dropping the car off things became suspicious. 3 days after I had returned the car I received an email saying that the car was damaged and that I won’t be getting my deposit back. This was accompanied by a picture of a small chip on the paint of a car. I’m saying of „a car“ because it’s not clear if it was my rental or where on the car it was. I took pictures of the car at the time of my drop off because I was warned to do so while picking up the car. I sent the rental company the proof that the car was in perfect condition when I dropped it off and asked them for evidence that this chip in the paint didn’t happen in the 3 days after I returned it. Overall very bad and unprofessional experience. I have full insurance coverage. But I suspect that this company is defrauding customers and the insurance companies. For me it is an unnecessary waist of time and energy to have to deal with this. I highly recommend not to use this rental company.

They’re extremely strict. Charge you for everything - if you smoked in the car or have sand on the floor. If you dropped off the car after office hours it’s an additional $25. If you want to extend for a day or2 it’s an additional $20. I don’t recommend them
