The car was dented. Checkout took way too long. Employees were pushy Insurance was way too expensive

They did not have my reservation! I called customer service via Priceline and all they said is that I would just need to find another car. It took hours at the rental place and I spent $1000 on my rental versus $370 I planned on. The vehicle was also smaller. Will never use Kayak again.

Arrived wuth reservation in hand I was told there was no vans or cars. They had a guy from hertz trying to get me to get a car for 250 dollars a day. It was all very shady will never use thriffty again.

Nothing. You gave us a price and when we got to Cabo you more than tripled the price. You charge extra for everything. We left and booked with Cactus.

Don’t give a price for rental car and then add for extra driver and insurance when inflating the price 3 to 4 times more.
