Got there and they required a huge deposit which wasn’t mentioned upon booking. I had enough between two cards and asked if they could do a split payment. They said no only one card. As I’m on my phone trying to send one card balance to the other one so I can make a payment on only one card, the employee said oh! And because you are renting an suv it’s even more of a deposit AND it has to be on a major credit card. Then he said they were sold out of everything else except the Kia Soul box car. I canceled my reservation because: 1. Undisclosed fees 2. Could not afford 3. Do not have any credit cards 4. Misleading condescending employee
The employees were nice & friendly. Quick prompt service. The car could of been cleaner on the outside.
We requested for an intermediate SUV and this car felt like a compact SUV. So tight and small. The car looked clean but smelled of cigarettes even though there was a non smoking sticker on the window. My Honda fit feels bigger than this SUV.
