Vehicle was overdue for service at time of rental. No windshield washer fluid.
I booked a premium car and was given a budget car and the car was delivered with no windshield washer fluid.
We reserved and intermediate car but were given a large (Chrysler 300). The agent told me that there were no intermediate cars available unless I chose to wait, although there were Corollas and other similar cars on the lot. We came back in a few days and the new agent offered me a Prius, which I took.
Cons:The car was marked as having a full gas tank but had less than 3/8 tank and I had to wait in line a really long time to have someone fix the problem so that the extra charge of $100 could be reversed.
The Prius was a great choice of cars and the process of picking up in Medford, OR and dropping off in Crescent City, CA was seamless.
