Check in was like going through a timeshare sales pitch, attendant didn’t know her cars and her prices for the “deals” she was offering I don’t think she knew what they were she was making stuff up. She originally said we will get a Jeep Compass but offered us “for $20 instead of $60 today ONLY we could upgrade to a Jeep Cherokee” we declined on the first offer and the ones following it and were then handed a Hyundai that couldn’t even fit our luggage which is why we picked an SUV in the first place. After arguing we were told we are getting a Jeep compass, the agent who was giving out keys said we would need to pay another $100 a day for the upgrade to a compass, real hagglers. Eventually they got tired of my husband’s arguing they let us take the compass. The car was very uncomfortable but that isn’t the agency’s fault and the car was clean. Upon return the attendant was super quick which was nice, but a bit short tempered, however I probably would be too, working outdoors in 109 degrees. The experience wasn’t terrible but felt like a sales pitch they kept trying to upgrade us and get us to spend more money, and also it is said to be in the “airport” it is NOT, you will need to schlep your luggage onto one shuttle to one location then switch to a different shuttle, so you’ll be taking 2 shuttles to and from this rental location FYI.

Office was closed. We were told it was 24 hour. No one actually answers the phone. We did not have shuttle service as we were told. We had to get a ride 3.5 hours to Ontario, CA to get a rental car. On the bright side, out car was OK.

For some reason, my reservation did not include the enterprise near the airport which the shuttle drop me off to. I asked the girl behind the counter if I could start over and simply rent a car from scratch. She said it would be well over $200 including the airport fees. This was over $100 more than my reservation. I said is there a shuttle that can take me to the Enterprise office I have my reservation with? She said they do not have a shuttle. I called the Enterprise office asking if they could pick me up from the airport . The answer was the same: no shuttle! The girl working at the airport enterprise said they honor my reservation 24 hours. So I actually walked the 5+ miles to my original Enterprise office. When I arrived, it was closed. After walking 5 miles to get there with my suitcase… Really!? I ended up renting an Uber to take me to a Turo Rental. That’s how I spent my freaking Friday. It’s also impacted my departure plans. Absolutely no convenience, no honoring my reservation, closed office, a nightmare! I will never rent from Enterprise again and will continue to share my story with others.

Booked a full size car and they gave me a tiny SUV as that is all they had. Car was not properly ready either , missing wiper fluid and had to check air on all tires. Poor experience.

Arrived at the airport only to discover that the location was offsite. Went inside to pick up the car only to be told I had to wait almost 2 hrs to get the car at my reservation time. Was taken aback when they then proceeded to try and upsell me another car which I found distasteful having just heard that my car wasn't ready for 2 hrs. It escalated into an argument which I thought was very unprofessional on their part especially since I've been a fastbreak member for over 30 yrs. Had I not have a scheduled T time I and off airport I would have walked out. Experience was horrible

The young Asian girl ( sorry forgot her name) treated me so great. She was friendly and outgoing. The only issue I had was when I returned the vehicle after 1 day instead of the 4 I reserved. My dealer fixed my truck fast, but I was charged $100, again for 1 day. I had no idea I would only need it for that short of time, if so I would of rented it for just the 1 day. Again, the young lady who took care of me was awesome and this is no way a slight at her.

When I was sent an email to “expedite my car pickup at the airport” I was sent to a screen at Budget saying my car reservation wasn’t complete and that the rate I’d previously been quoted wasn’t available. So I rented from a different company using a different app.

The pick up location was not clearly explained during the booking. Pick up location is important. This rental was a pickup from around the town instead of the usual Airport Rental Car Pickup. No rides were offered either to or from the airport. The customer service received at this location was not stellar. Not much explanation was forthcoming unless i asked questions.
