Attendant at pick up was not very welcoming. Was surprised that we had to pay an extra fee for my spouse to drive the car. Since we share family insurance, this does not seem to make sense. For this reason we will not rent from this agency again.

They gave me a Kia instead of a Corrolla. Very high milage for a rental(54,000) and the tires were not to standard. It snowed and i was slidding left and right.
