Well I reserved my car for 12, but when I got to the location they were at lunch. I waited 45 min for nothing as I was told when they got back I was at the 2nd location within the casino and needed to go to the other. Well they didn't have my card. The customer service agent was great, but I had to wait another 1.5 hours for my car to be ready. That sucked

We were told that a reservation does NOT guarantee a car. After talking to customer service where to pick up the car, we took a 50 USD taxi to the location to pick up the car. The representative then told us there were no cars available and closed his booth and walked away. After speaking with customer service again they told us that we had to pick up the car at a different location (another 50 USD taxi) and pay twice the cost to pick it up at the airport.

I made the reservation for Hertz, Treasure Island, on the Strip in Las Vegas. I took a $31.00 cab ride to T.I. and they told me it was at The Palazzo. I had to walk with my luggage for about 45 minutes to the Palazzo right across the street. Fortunately the staff at Hertz Palazzo was super nice and helpful.

Do not rent a car through Hotwire.com. They sent me the wrong address for the Paris hotel Enterpise location. No other information was given to me in the e-mail except for the 1-800 customer service number and this address: 2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South No Enterprise location exists here. Wasted 3 hours trying to find the correct pickup spot and had to call Enterprise customer service to figure it out. Would not book through Hotwire again, but would definitely deal with Enterprise directly as their staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

Staff at both pick up and drop off were excellent. Drop off location very helprul as ee had to drop off at Grand Junction Colorado due go a medical emery. Very attentive and understanding of our situation

The drop off situation was a nightmare. We were not able to get access to the parking garage without someone going in to the concierge to get a card to get in. The intercom system didn’t work.

Once I got the correct rate everything went smoothly. The contract that I was handed at the counter was almost triple the rate I got online that was confirmed. I'm glad I had the digital confirmation to prove to the desk agent who corrected the contract. He was very courteous and promptly made the changes.

I had to pick up and drop off the rental at MGM hotel and there was not shuttle bus or some sort of easy transportation to get to airport.

I was not able to pick up the car at the selected location because there was no one to help me at the Avis front desk. I’ve wanted for 40 mintiese, called multiple times but no one appeared or answered the phone.

I went to Budget to rent the reserved car, but I couldn't rent it because the car was there. The lady told me Kayak didn't know precisely how many cars there and Kayak just was looked it had stocks. Oh my god!!! she told there was only one car in the store and many customers already waiting. Do not use Kayak to rent a car!!!

The pick up experience was a bit slow - they had numerous associates at the inside booth - but sent a number of us to the downstairs booth and there was only one party there to serve all of us. Drop off was excellent - drive in and done! It was a nice vehicle however the windshield fluid dispenser was not working.

I was one of the few who actually got their car after waiting in line for 1.5 hours. There was only one employee and he was moving SO SLOW. Twice, he got up and walked away from the counter outside for around 5 minutes with minimal to no explanation. The car itself was fine. I got what I asked for but many others did not.
