When we went to pick up our car at the airport it was not there and somehow the reservation got screwed up and we had to Uber to the center of nice to pick it up. Then they told us they didn’t have our car and had to upgrade us but rather than accommodate the upgrade at no charge it cost us an additional $400. Returning the car to Naples airport was a bit confusing to find the return area and we were waiting at a gate for 10 minutes because no one gave us the code to drive it into the drop off

I never received a contract at the check-out counter despite the attendant saying he sent it twice. The cars were not very clean. And I was charged a fuel charge of 20 euros despite returning the car with a full tank and the confirmation email indicating it was a full tank. I am waiting on a refund from Sixt.

The agent missed damage to the roof and trunk of the vehicle during pick up. I pointed out the damage and she recorded only the damage to the roof. When I returned the vehicle they said I caused new damage to the trunk. I told them I had pointed that out and the damage to the roof when j picked the vehicle up. The agent inspected the vehicle in the early morning when it was still kind of dark outside and she was using her phone light. Basically, they are charging me for damage I did not cause and that they missed.

When we went to pick up the car at the airport in Carcassonne , the female receptionist ( sorry I didn’t get her name) was extremely rude and acted like she might not let us get the car even though we had the reservation. Finally , the paperwork was done and she told us the car was behind the building. I asked her if there was a specific slot and she just smirked and said check every license plate until you find it. Language wasn’t a problem as I have adequate French and she wanted to speak English anyways. The car itself was great though. Europa car just needs to work on the customer interaction. First impressions are important….

The price i got on internet was much more expensive when i got the car. This is not my first time i rent a car but it is the first time i pay that much for the basic insurance. I usually buy the full insurance but i found out it it would cost me tripple for that. Rental fee was about 150 euros and the insurance was about 300 euros.Very strange! I feel something is wrong.

Started great with an upgrade for free. Loved the car. But real unfortunate and bad ending as the company tried to charge us €500 for a very minor scratch that we did not do. Luckily my wife was still in town and went to see the car, upon which they reduced define to 100euros.

We booked an "Economy" car, described as "Open Corsa or Similar". Upon arrival, we were given a Fiat 500, and the Enterprise employee insisted that this is what we had booked. Ultimately, I understand that according to the Enterprise classification a Fiat 500 is somehow in the same category as an Opel Corsa. But we felt severely misled - especially since if we actually wanted to "mini" like the Fiat 500 we would have rented that for less money from another agency.

Terrible divide between corporate and the people who actually rent the cars. Spent hundreds of dollars of our own money for two separate taxis because of a broken down car and we were treated like animals by the manager at Bordeaux airport. Go elsewhere for a rental because if something wrong happens it's a bit of a nightmare.

I liked the friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out and the cleanliness of the vehicle that was small but well thought outer, very easy to drive, good built-in features. The location was actually not that convenient : I found out all the roadwork in Montpellier that made it not so easy to navigate from and to. I would also have liked for the direct contact number to be written on the emailed contract.
