its a rip off, this looks like switch and bait, when booked it showed as $10 and the total cost came to $40. I would rather go with national brands. Very horrible experience with Kayak and Expedia. Especially Expedia- the price they show is not at all the price the customer gets- they are just basically encouraging scums and scammers. NEVER again with Kayak and Kayak routing to Expedia.

The rental was refused from a policy that Kayak never disclosed when booking the rental. I was turn away immediately with no recourse, no refund. I would say awful experience by both companies.

Didn't rent a car because they try to charge an extra 400 at the counter and it does not explain in site anywhere

Scammy. Fine print after purchase states that they do not rent to locals. And non-refundable, so could not use rental I paid for.
