The whole experience was excellent: Great customer service, prompt service. Nice team!
Sooo, booking said unlimited mileage but in person I was surprised when the front desk lady said there’s a 200km limit. She was nice enough to make it 300km after I said I was under the impression it was unlimited. I was also surprised again by a $1,500 security deposit which was never mentioned when I booked. Also, I was forced to take the daily insurance. This booking was just full of surprises, not what I expected at all. Customer service was meh, they tried to help where they could but nothing over the top. Overall, I’d go else where next time for a rental.

Did not like anything about my experience. Company called me 7 minutes before pick up to inform me that there was no vehicle available for me. Had to alter my plans for the long weekend. On top of all that, my payment wont be refunded for at least another 10-15 business days. Not a positive experience at all. Won’t use them again.
Awful communication, Impossible to reach them by phone or email.
