Very efficient service at both pick up and drop off. The car was perfect.
You should not charge customers for damage that was not done by them. I was charged 360 Euro for a rim that was already damaged and 18 Euro for gas tank that was 9/10 full. An absolute rip off!!!! Never renting a car from this company again and I will not be recommending this company to anyone either. I want to stay in business you need to be honest, not issue ghost charges to customers. That is not the way to recover your loses for bad a business season last year.
I booked the car 375$ but they charged me 600€ so price is not what you will see in the kayak website.
It would be better if more agents were available at the rental desk, but I understand the problem - if there are enough agents to handle the occasional 'surge,' what do they do the rest of the time? Overall, things went very well.
