The hotel is located in Retiro and surrounded by wondetful restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms were spacious and offered great amenities.
I did not appreciate the concierge’s behavior when he interrupted the security officer helping me with my suitcase. It was 3pm and I had to pick up my suitcase, which I had asked them store after I had checked out. He asked me if I need to check out, I said no I already had done so in the morning. Location, location, location.
Older facilities, you need to put up with and older infrastructure. Air conditioning is controled by them which i don’t understand in a 5 star hotel.

Everything, especially the staff response to my problem. Two of my suitcases were stolen from the storage room during my stay and no one took responsibility.

I liked everything. The recepcionists!!! Comcierges, A plus. Welcoming people!!! Bellmen were amazing....food was delicious...servers...rooms, housekeepers were great!! Location!!! I will be there next year!!!
This is not applicable to my amazing experience at Wellington Hotel and Spa in Madrid!!!
