Pros (+) Location, elegance and style
Cons (-) Prices were exceptionally expensive. Added service charge even to room cleaning. You do not expect that when you are paying $2500 a night.

Pros (+) We were greeted by doorman Tony. He was very helpful. The 2 training reception ladies were smiley, friendly and helpful. John escorted us to our room. He too was great. Our room was really good. The beds and pillows were exceptional. Very comfortable. We went to The American Bar in the evening which was amazing. Piano player was very talented and the service and cocktails were lovely. We also went...
Cons (-) The one thing that we were surprised about was that a gentleman in the Beaufort Bar was wearing a vest type t.shirt! He arrived wearing a leather jacket, but before he sat down he removed his jacket and was wearing a white vest. It seemed to go against the dress to impress, smart, elegant clothing policy we read about prior to our visit.

Pros (+) Our stay was exceptional. The suite was beautiful with lovely views over the river. All the staff were wonderful, helpful and really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and breakfast was delicious and plentiful!
