The high level of customer service and how nothing was too much trouble. The little touches were also very nice the hand written note in our room, when I rang guest services they knew my name and were extremely helpful. My husband has a feeding tube and is unable to eat I advise all bookings for Afternoon Tea, Breakfast and Dinner that this was the case he would attend but would not eat. Guest services I emailed with beforehand said this would not be a problem and all restaurant staff will be made aware.
