A riverside suite was immaculate and very well equipped in a lovely style.
It was perfect.
It is very quite and has a lovely atmosphere
The steak in the restaurant was not the best especially when £62
Gorgeous refurbished room.
No moisturiser in the bathroom.
It is a beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable and helpful staff. The facilities are good but cocktails are expensive if you feel inclined to try one or two
The only issue we had was with the pre-theatre booking. Due to delays and a lack of attention, we were only give 2 courses out of a 3 course set menu. We were charged for 3 courses plus wine and water. This bill was corrected when we complained but it meant a rush to get to the theatre on time.
The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Nice fluffy and large towels which I always value in a room. The location of the Savoy is perfect for access all of London either on foot or tube. The staff were all amazing and super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for the team.
The only moan and it didn't really bother us too much was that the TV wasn't working. We were busy for two nights so hadn't noticed it but we wanted to watch it on the last night and it just didn't work. It was rectified quickly but really it should have been checked before we arrived.
Clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Nothing
Usual high standards in respect of the room and other facilities. The remodelled Gallery restaurant area was excellent.
Service standards among staff and supervisors were relatively poor given the location and past experience, particularly in the River restaurant, at breakfast and Reception.
Beautiful in every way
