Pros (+) Honestly cant think of anything. The entire stay was an absolute dissapointment.
Cons (-) We made our complaint to the hotel on checkout. They had to admit complete failure and refund us £800.

Pros (+) Difficult to complain about the Savoy. It's the Savoy. An amazing hotel without an overbearing or sycophantic approach to guests. Made to feel most welcome. Would recommend to anyone that enjoys and can occasionally afford, the finer things in life!
Cons (-) We also ate in the Savoy Grill. It's impossible to suggest anything that isn't wonderful, although a lesser checkout charge would be welcome. That said, you get what you pay for.
