It’s the second time I have stayed at The Hat Madrid and I will tell you now I was not disappointed with anything! The staff are friendly and the location is excellent! Round the corner from the stunning Plaza Mayor! Well done The Hat and all the staff who work there! Hat’s off to you all! Muchos Gracias!
Very clean and pleasant place. The girls in my 6 bed room were all very quiet and respectful even when coming in late. Bathroom in the secure room

The location was amazing! Walking distance to most of the things. Met some amazing people from around the world
Really close to the most important highlights. Bathroom was always clean and shower was perfectly warm. Staff was friendly and lively and singing. Lockers in bedroom were spacious. Bed was comfy and felt private. My room had a great view and a balcony to stay for a while. Overall it was good, nothing to complaint about.
Wash basin was outside the washroom, which sometimes makes more noise and disturbing their sleep.
If you’re super friendly this is a good place to meet new friends! A lot of people hanging out around which was cool. WiFi works really good!
