The check-in process was friendly, professional, and efficient. The room temperature was perfect and a lovely cool refuge from the hot August heat. Such a lovely hotel-rooms were beautiful, staff made us feel like family. The breakfast is gorgeous and baked/cooked onsite. Attention to detail was apparent throughout the hotel, from design to housekeeping to the breakfast.
The best location in Rome. Great restaurants, bars and gelato places under a 5min walk and only a 10min walk to the Colosseum. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the capuccino top notch. Nice touches like high quality toiletries and a good steamer were a great bonus. Great aircon that made August survivable!
A bit pricey for what you get as the room is quite basic in terms of decor. Bed was quite low in height and pillows a bit firm which didn't make for the most comfortable sleep.
The Fifteen Keys Hotel is a beautiful boutique gem in the heart of Monti. With just 15 rooms, it feels intimate and thoughtfully designed. Location was great as close to Termini. Staff and welcome were warm and inviting. Great afternoon tea, happy hour daily and breakfast. All baked items were made by one staff member and all delicious.
