Great location, near to Rome termini but in the safer Monti neighbourhood. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent, compliments to the chef and baker. She even provides a nice smoothie and detox drink for breakfast.
Aircon can be improved. The thermostat function kicks in and out frequently and the noise generated disturbs my sleep.
Before our stay the staff at Fifteen Keys Hotel are SO helpful in booking a private car pickup and transfer, recommending tour guides (Bibbos Tours, Gabrielle was awesome!). Once we arrived we were treated with excellent service, beautiful smiles and wonderful staff who would book last minute lunch for us, along with calling a taxi when needed. Exceptional breakfast - huge variety of freshly prepared food, topped up throughout the morning. Served in a beautiful, calm & comfortable space with incredible staff. Afternoon tea served with freshly baked cakes & pastries, plus a lovely courtyard to relax in. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who were always so helpful & friendly. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in
Liked everything, just could benefit from a mattress topper on the bed as it was a little hard.
Everything was terrific, from the staff to the apertivo, breakfast, the room, and the location. I will stay here again and again and again.

It is a pretty but modest and fairly ordinary hotel in poor location and was extremely over priced for what it was . It would have been fine if it was half the price

The environmental aspect of all power off when leaving the room did not allow power to recharge devices specifically iPads when we left on our daily excursions. The concept is wonderful but we all have too many communication devices.Read more
The location is perfect - in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to the forum, imperial road, and colosseum. Plus great restaurants. The boutique property is a great scale, incredibly comfortable, with a helpful staff. My mother in laws room had a cute terrace.

An amazing staff. It was like visiting your Italian cousins home. They assisted in booking tables at restaurants, arranged a car from port to hotel and hotel to airport. Location is perfect, a 12 minute walk to coliseum. Breakfast is made in house and was delicious, particularly their Italian cakes.
