Everything was very professional, near and clean
The breakfast was pathetic. There were home baked pathetic breads without even a toaster.
Absolutely brilliant hostel, very social and staff if very helpful. It is wonderfully set up and super clean ! I really enjoy my stay

There were very very few toilets for the amount of rooms and guests. One of the toilets didn’t work. The bathrooms and shower stalls are tiny—wasn’t like this years ago.
Tram stop just 2 minutes away. Free luggage storage was a big plus. The hostel has elevators, so no hassle with heavy bags. Bathrooms and toilets are shared per floor but kept clean. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and made check-in easy. Plenty of cafes and food options nearby. Overall, a convenient and value-for-money stay!
The room is really spacious and comfortable. The whole hostel is very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The luggage storage service is really nice and convenient.
I love it that it was in a very good location, tram stop right in front of the door, metro just meters away restaurants and retail stores all around as well as a safe location. And the friendly staff at tge front desk.
The lack of service and less than welcoming atmosphere downstairs at the breakfast section.
Location is unbeatable, I like the thick pillows and the bedside space for our personal belongings. The storage lockers were big and there were plenty of hangers around.
This is my second stay and my experience was worse than the first time, as it’s highly dependent on who you’re rooming with and it’s a mixed gender room. Would’ve preferred female only rooms. The usb charging ports at the bed side weren’t working and only one of the two sockets were available at each side, so the person on the upper bunk and I had to take turns to charge our stuff.
