It was well decorated & furnished. It was clean & stylish.
The view is one of the most stunning things I’ve ever seen, and the hotel was well kept. You can tell there was much love put into that property.
oh my goodness the stairs, but that’s not on them. And the hotel was more than accommodating with helping with luggage and any other things I needed help with when it came to the stairs.

Lovely room (5). Well-appointed. Had fruit, water, and port replenished every day. Staff is exceptional! they truly wanted us to have a good experience. Views and closeness to the castle were another plus.

Rio and Francois went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The view was beautiful and the room was very comfortable..
The breakfast was great, lots of veggie options. The staff (Francois, Momo, Rio) were super helpful. The location was excellent and it was very quiet.
Great location in the Alfama district.
