It’s in a historic area and even not too far from town too! They have a very good seafood restaurant with a beautiful view of the town and people work there are super nice.
We have found our Lisbon hotel! The location is perfect for us, and the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. We start and end our visits to Lisbon at ease with the hotel driver, and it only gets better in between. We are out to try every different room as they are all so special. Excellent location, view from the terrace is probably the best we've seen in all of Lisbon. Staff (especially Francois and Rio) were incredibly friendly and helpful, gave us an overview of the neighborhood when we checked in and consistently offered their help throughout our stay.
Ubers can't stop right in front of the hotel and can only drop us off down the street a ~2 min walk away. Normally fine but can be a bit cumbersome with luggage. To be expected though, since the property is at an excellent location in the historic district. No elevator in the property, but staff helped us bring our luggage up and back down. Memorizing views of Lisbon. Central location, very attentive staff. I had a 6th floor suite. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful with panoramic views of the city. You can walk anywhere from the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel had the best octopus salad. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I will return to the hotel.

Beautiful view, easy to come around in the town and to reach the sights. Nice restaurant with good view. Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was cleen,-nice furnished and good eqipped with god view.

We had a wonderful welcome from Francois, despite arriving well before check in time. We were given a complimentary glass of very pleasant wine and offered a table on the restaurant terrace whist we waited, with a marvelous view over the red roofs of Lisbon down to the river. We were offered a free upgrade to a room on a higher floor which had a fabulous view and we would highly recommend this spa...
The stairs up felt a challenge at times but the fabulous room made it worthwhile, and don't worry about carrying luggage, it's sorted for you. You can also request a lower level room if mobility an issue. Personally not a fan of a glass door for the shower/bathroom but that's probably my age! It was nevertheless a lovely bathroom and immaculately clean.Read more
The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, especially François. The room was very large and super clean. Fresh fruit and water included was a welcoming touch.
Awkward bathroom that made it very difficult to shower without flooding the floor and very steep stairs.
