Pros (+) Amazing staff, great breakfast on terrace, good location overlooking the city roof tops looking down on Tagus.
Cons (-) For awareness, if arriving or being picked up by taxi most of them drop pick up 150 metres down hill from hotel as they cannot enter restricted area - not really a problem.

Pros (+) Excellent location and food. Staff was perhaps the best I have ever encountered. They were always available to help and assist.
Cons (-) There is no elevator but I was assured that planning permission had been granted and it was coming. Shower on 5th floor was erratic in terms of temperature. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) We loved everything, especially the spacious room, the wonderful staff and the amazing view! The hotel was closed to the "Castelo de São Jorge" and Alfama where we enjoyed listen to Fado.

Pros (+) The beautiful room had an incredible view over the city. But what really made the difference was the staff. I have never stopped in a hotel where every member of staff was so dedicated to giving great service.
