The hotel is quiet and the staff is very polite and accommodating.
The location is not bad, but it is not close to any station or the city center, so a taxi is always required to move around.
The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and overall it is a very good hotel with services fully in line with expectations.

It seemed that the hotel has just opened after vacation, or was only partially open. The staff did not seem to know each other or their tasks, there was painters walking around the hotel, walking into the pool area etc. There seemed to have been a reduced staff also, who were not able to help us with some requests which seem relatively easy. My stay at this hotel was very frustrating. The first room I was given was extremely dirty, old, and badly maintained. I had to wait over an hour and move rooms twice before a clean one was finally found. During that time, I wasn’t even offered a complimentary coffee or water.
