I was very disappointed with my stay. After requesting a lower bed for health issues, my request was denied. Doesn't matter insisting and clearly showing health issues. The room had a musty smell and I was given a second-floor bunk bed. The noise from the street made it hard to sleep, every 5 seconds there was a car going on the street and the windows couldn't be closed for air circulation. There ...Read more
Bar, reception area, nice garden, clean room
Bathrooms a bit dirty, both for check-in and check-out I had to wait 15 mins for a receptionist, location rather far from city center, very uncomfortable pillow, 3rd highest bunk is very high off floor and climbing down can be a bit intimidating
Lovely hostel. The sheets are clean and not itchy. Toilets are also clean.
I hope you can provide body wash inside the toilets.
The vibe, easy to make friends there, the location surrounded with many good restaurants, most staff are polite, comfortable bed
One night shift staff was racist. I was on the phone from 11:30pm until 11:30am at the lobby. I was talking quietly because I knew people were sleeping. He told me to either talk at the basement or outside on the street. bed is big enough
I came early and i told the staff may i use lobby for couple hours but staff didnt help me. I went outside at 5 am :/

Nice common areas and convenient location at 20-30 min commute from historic centre of Prague.
Bunk curtains only covered a small portion of the bed, so not much privacy and day light is hardly avoided in the mornings. Lockers could also be better if they’re not under the beds.
The atmosphere and staff are very nice. You can mingle with other people at the bar and make friends.
I stayed in a 12-person female dormitory, it was really uncomfortable and extremely noisy. Also, the sound from the corridor was inside as well.
It's very cosy, very lively place, with all facilities that belong to good and comfortable live! It's very clean! I like especially the food store and kitchen, where everybody come to eat and meet each other! Amazing!

my room had regular beds, no trunks and room was quite big for 4 persons
tiny in-room bathroom & shower with miniature washbasin, not cleaned regularly.
