LikedIt is in amazing location which is so close to metro station.
DislikedStaff were a bit rude. Maybe they have problems about their systems but they can be more polite.

Dislikedthe bed was uncomfortable. kindly put orthopaedic mattresses and avoid the additions. terrible back pain. There was no 3 pin adaptor option for guests fro the countries

If you're staying in Sodermalm, the Scandic Malmen is perfect, especially for our activities during those 3 days. We really liked talking with Robert who worked the night shift, he was a trip and very helpful. Would go back for sure.
