underground room, but not hotel fault. overall good experience
The breakfast was awesome was a fantastic start to the day. went for the room upgrade and plenty of room in the junior suite. Location was perfect short walk everywhere and tube just underneath.

Warm inside. They do provide a fan though which was good. We didn't use the fan and kept the windows open which was problematic early in the morning snd late at night because of the noise in the area, especially for floor 1

Absolutely fantastic location. Right beside bus and metro stops that will take you anywhere you need to go. Great bars and restaurants close by. Friendly and helpful staff.
I didn't like being in a basement room with no window and this was not made clear when booking. Room fairly expensive to not have a window and not include breakfast.
Location is really convenience
I was pretty disappointed about how clean the room is, the toilet was still dirty when I come.
Location was wonderful, easy access to a lot in Södermalm. Breakfast was also out of this world.
I knew we were getting rooms without windows but didn’t expect to be in the basement. No air flow, no fans. Plus they don’t have cots; we requested one (and willing to pay for it!) because we had 3 of us in one room and they brought a crib for my 5 year old. No way she could fit in it. The location was perfect and the staff were nice
I stayed twice in 2 weeks. First the 1 person beds were too close. They were less than 20cm apart and there were nightstands attached to the walls prevent them from being moved further apart. The second one was just two beds pushed together(the 20cm gap was closed) but they were not attached.
