It was terrible. I couldn't do the auto check in as the booking was done through booking.com I waited 3 hours at the reception. As such I would like to register a formal complaint to booking.com
No Internet connection at our tower. The room is not clean.

1. 3 hours check in time for such Third World Hotel 2 40 mins to n fro walking 2 for breakfast every day 3. Windows overlooking other rooms I don’t understand which architect can design such hotel buildings Not acceptable on a Holiday Strictly not recommended for any type of travel

- Location is amazing. - Break fast is good, but need to go other Hotel by free shuttle provided (long waiting queue for shuttle).
- Waited 6 hours to get my pre-booked room. Long queue for check in in weekends.. staff response is bad. -Room is very small, not same as shown in picture. - Drinking water not provided in room. Everything..finding the hotel was very difficult.. check in took 2 hours. Once you enter the room , it ended before it started.. bathroom was kinky half the size.
The property is near to Sky Avenue.
There is truly nothing in the room. For the price charged, there is nothing except for the bath towel provided. Room is small, the bath/toilet area is quite "an experience" - barely any space. Checking in has always been a nightmare. Expect to wait hours and getting hustled by unfriendly staff. They give the feeling that they are finding reasons to turn you away.
