Location: Good and convenient. Cleanliness: Acceptable. However, it was very difficult to get assistance or clear advice from the staff. Initially, we were assigned a room on the 1st floor. We requested a room on a higher floor, but we had to wait approximately 6 hours and take a queue number just to change the room. We took 1 night stay.... feel bad for morning breakfast,need take shuttle bus to another hotel cafe ...very bad service from those stafs who not guiding friendly...we spent half an hour to find route for breakfast... disappointed lot,sure not next time for FIRST WORLD HOTEL GENTING!!!
