Smokers around & worse part is next door hotel room too noisy
Very inconvenient for customer who prepaid breakfast to use shuttle to get breakfast in another hotel.
No responsive to get hotel staff to answer any question or request.
Only near to the attractions
I traveled a lot, very very bad experience,, when we were arrived, no one is there to guide us as we are new in the country and the place...we have lugguage as we are 2 person with a child...then horrible experience was to reach the reception person. Only plus is the Location as it’s connected to the theme park and mall
Room smelled of urine. Asked for a change and better view and they gave us once with theme park view which was nice of them. However, the hotel itself is miserable ( I went 15 years ago as a kid and the rooms are the same). Room looked very used and crying for a change. Toilet smelled like pee. Room provide nothing except 2 towel, no toothbrush, no personal cleaning kit, no USB port for charging handphone & no minibar.
Location of the hotel is ideal for getting around Genting. The bed comfortable. As I stayed one night, the room suited my stay, simply because most of the time you are wondering around Genting exploring. Great water pressure. Great booking out process, simply enter your room key in one of the many room check out machine and leave, takes seconds
Tiny room and bathroom. Lage volume of people curing through, therefore speaking to staff takes considerable time. We had problem with the self check in because it would not accept my credit card. Took around 10 minutes waiting before I tried another machine and this time it accepted my card. "Advice" if you have issues with one of the check in machine, move to another. This may work

3 hours checkin procedure time ! The worst I have experienced in my life ! The rooms are super duper basic and super small.
