Arrived to check in around 430pm and using self kiosk but not able to proceed. Went to counter to check being request to get number at customer services counter. Number taken around 5pm waited until 7pm suddenly system down all running number messy up. Waited till 730pm only manage to be entertained by counter. Totally horrible experience after so many years.

The check in counter is horrendous, had to queue up for more than 1 hour to had my request attented at the check in counter, and after 11pm where they close the machine check in it gets even worst. Furthermore maintenance of hot water system wasnt inform during check in and expect people to see inside the lift. Terrible experience and this place is the next best thing after sleeping under the brid...
