It's not my first time staying here, but it is my first time booking through Agoda. Just be prepared, if you book through a third party like Agoda, you'll have to validate your booking at the assistant counter. There's usually a long line there, and people have a million questions and issues. I'm honestly never booking through Agoda or any other third party again.

Super terrible experience staying at this premium-priced but low quality hotel. Now I understand why the Genting Group owner is super rich.
