A great location in between the main tourist sites and the river. A great neighbourhood with a lot of local flavour at the markets and patios. Lots of options for breakfast, coffee and shopping. And of course the hotel's own cozy hour in the lobby or courtyard.
Great location and yet quiet. Comfortable beds. Rooms vary: the second room i stayed in, with street view, was much nicer than the first, out onto the courtyard.
Bathroom is tiny.
Location close to the center (one station with metro). Close to the food market Nice hotel staff Free drink in the evening
Room ceiling too low (almost hitting at some location). Only one elevator in the hotel. A bit expensive but standard price at Copenhagen.
Wonderful friendly staff! Great location and beautiful rooms. Big thanks to Mariah at reception for showing my nephews, daughters and I the secret tower room. Wow very cool!

No aircon but solid fans supplied and we only had a couple of hot nights so fans were fine.
Excellent location, super friendly staff, rooms are small, but functional and clean, plus you have use of facilities in sister hotel next door.
Good location to get in and out of the city quickly (on metro line to the airport), bed was comfortable.
Room was a bit small, elevator could be slow at peak hours.

Room could have been cleaner. There was a funny smell as if the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in a while and the sheets were a bit dirty.
