The room was really small. I requested 2 beds and it was 1 small bed more like a full bed. I asked to change the room but I was asked to pay extra. It’s really not a room for 2 people.

Pros (+) Charming place. Very conveniently located. Extremely nice staff. I do wish the review section of Booking.com just let you be concise instead of writing longer information. Makes you not want to leave a review.
Cons (-) It is typical of European hotel and does not have air conditioning in the rooms. Fortunately, it was cool enough in September to get amble breeze from the window so no complaints really.

Cons (-) The room was nice but small. Sadly carpeted even though picture of the room showed otherwise. Bathroom was extremely small (comparable to ship cabin bathrooms, shower and toilet basically in the same place, entire bathroom wet after shower, smallest sink) and not in the greatest shape. Hotel is close to the metro. Lighting was terrible. Fan is a portable floor fan. No fridge, you have to give yr cold items to reception. Holds baggage for you

Pros (+) I don’t know the front desk clerk’s name, but he was so helpful and upgraded our room so easily! We observed him helping guests at your hotel as well as tourists stopping to ask questions. He’s definitely an asset to your hotel!!

Pros (+) The location is brilliant, staff are lovely and helpful and happy hour ( free drinks) is appreciated.
Cons (-) No hooks in bathroom, no shelf for shower products in shower, no electrical outlet near bed for charging phones etc. have to ask for shower cap etc.

Pros (+) Everything. Most of all the staff were all exceptional. Not one thing to say against this hotel and everything to praise. Perfect spot, clean light rooms and full of happy customers. Do not know how they did it. Heavy doors? No sound at all in the rooms. So peaceful.
