The breakfast at the restaurant wasn’t too bad
I didn’t like everything about the room. It didn’t look like a hotel room to me. Our room was in a little corner so maybe that explains why it was small. It wasn’t very pleasant at all. Staff at check in wasn’t very nice on the very day and we got there. Customer service was very poor. Location was perfect. Near on metro and bus station, and restaurants, bakeries...
There was no toilet brush. The bathroom is SO CRAMPED. The hair dryer was weird but okay.
Nothing. They will even Tax you £5 daily per person which they never mentioned during booking.
Heavy Construction work noise going on just above my room as early as 7am. Couldn't achieve anything, I was forced to leave the hotel around 2pm as the work continued. No prior information, Not an apology from staff. Common sense would have made the managers arrange Construction work when guests aren't in the floor.

Excellent location- 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower
Room was very small, no safe, no air con. On day of departure cleaners knocked every 30 mins from 8.30am- check out is 12 midday
