The location was perfect, the whole reception area looked fantastic and good places to comfortably sit
A very slim choice of hot cooked vegetarian food for breakfast other than egg.
Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was hands-down the best, and you can’t beat the location just an 8 to 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend staying here!

The lifts need sorting out as they would just sail on past you without stopping. Bathrooms are small but adequate

Aircon flow is very low. Only temperature control on the thermostat no control to adjust airflow.
The location of the hotel was really excellent, only 1/2 block away from the metro tram, 4 excellent restaurants, and a great pastry shop for breakfast. We appreciated the great location.
Although our room was classified as a "superior double room with sofa bed," the bed area was very cramped. The bathroom was also very small and cramped.

Staff at the reception is very rude. They also asked me to confirm if I booked one room with the large bed and one with two beds. I confirmed it was exactly what I booked. When I came to rooms I realized they gave me 2 rooms with the large bed. In the room you only get one towel per person (no small towels for hands).
