The service was exceptional! very friendly staff welcomed us with champagne and a surprise cake in our room. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, with amazing main courses and delicious cocktails - unfortunately the starter food we ordered was ok. Breakfast was also very tasty. This hotel offers rare, attentive 5-star service in Germany. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Room was small and very dark. There was only one mirror in the bathroom ( and a black pseudo-mirror in the room) which made getting ready quite difficult for two women. The were no amenities in the bathroom ( i.e. small toiletries, shower cap etc) so we had to request those ( kind of annoying and they should have been provided from the start and restocked everyday by the maids).
