The location was superb, not too close to the center, yet not too far. The breakfast was excellent, full of choices in the buffet, excellent coffee, and even some other options like pancakes, omelettes, sandwiches made to order. The room was very comfortable and the bed incredible. The staff was always diligen.

No room business desk per se, although small table was adequate. Bed: large but perhaps square. I am 192 cm and I felt the bed could be a little longer.

Air conditioning was not perfect for a 5 star hotel, but the heat was not normal for the city either. If you get a room on the third floor you will need to carry your luggage up one floor since the lift will not go all the way. So if carrying a lot of luggage ask for a room on the lower floors.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Guiseppe, in particular, made us feel very at home and gave great advice to help us make the most of our stay. Excellent quiet location and great value for money. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.

Staff were great very helpful with directions and best ways to get where needed, also liked the drink on arrival in addition to the room been spotless!
The beer tap was broke after the first day so had to start drinking bottles
Lovely quiet location close to trams and metro. Wallenstein gardens just steps away if you need some greenery. We had a beautiful suite (room 12), spacious and comfortable. Staff is very kind, and breakfast is also very pleasant, not huge but enough choice, freshly pressed orange juice if you come early and pancakes and french toast made to order.

Great location! I was told to stay in Lesser Town because it was quieter and it was perfect.
The AC was not good. We had to go buy a fan for us to be comfortable.
I loved this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel had the best aroma. When I asked the staff the name of the fragrance they researched and let me know. I actually bought it for my home. The hotel is walkable to public transportation and several restaurants and stores
