Everything! Location - perfect and the staff were exceptional

This property offered it all. It was exactly the atmosphere we were looking for. European, quiet with great service.
Good location, very clean and exceptional breakfast including fresh gozlemes. Kind and helpful staff.
The air conditioning really struggled to cool our room, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable
Great location , nice rooftop bar. Opposite the hotel is a wonderful restaurant. The young attendant who helps with bags etc was amazing, she ch a lovely young man
Bit run down, needs some love. We had someone barge into our room then shut the door, they said they couldn’t see it on cameras but we saw the door flung open. Last night the whole hotel had no aircon, it was very hot and didn’t sleep at all.
Location near Blue Mosque, Haga Sophia was excellent and staff very helpful and nice. Included breakfast was a bonus.
Excellent breakfast with a broad selection, fresh Gözleme and tasty coffee. Location is excellent and only a 12-minute walk to the The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque. Nice rooftop bar with sea view.
During a 24-hour layover without my checked bags, I relied entirely on my carry-on essentials. While the bathroom provided shampoo and soap, it lacked basic amenities like toothpaste and a shaving kit, which would have been a very welcome touch. Additionally, soundproofing could be improved, as doors from neighboring rooms slammed quite loudly throughout my stay.
