The Heritage Avenida Liberdade is perfect mixture of charm and comfort. Well situated in the city for walking and restaurants and its staff made our stay even more special.
Great staff, good location Tea/coffee and pastries available in reception was an unexpected treat
The location was excellent. The staff were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was good. Snacks and Porto wine were available 24/7. The lobby and the decoration were nice.
The size of our room was small and especially the lay out was bad! The bathroom door was next to the bed and with no ventilation inside the bathroom, it was unpleasant to sleep whilst you could smell the bathroom
I would stay here again. Love the location and the breakfast and the room. My second time here.
The lady at breakfast really doesn’t want to make you eggs or an omelette or they are over-worked - hard to say but me and my friend both realized she wanted us to eat the eggs that were out not to request an omelette so I think you should either not offer it or make sure they don’t act like they don’t want to do it to the customers. Staff were lovely, and helpful. Location great, and even parking. Our room was huge, ac worked great, great storage, bathroom amenities, and brilliant where you stored tge haur dryer with a plug next to it. On the desk was a universal plug converter. Icing on the cake was the view of Castelo Sao Jirge!

This place was beautiful! The room exceeded our expectations which does not happen a lot! Such a beautiful and elegant place.
Beautiful hotel with gorgeous decor, all the staff were very welcoming & attentive, lovely lounge/lobby area - water always available plus a bar, generous breakfast that finished at midday, we were in room 40 which was very spacious & comfortable plus had two sets of opening French doors. Location was terrific. Beautiful shaded Avenue, just a few minutes walk to the center of town. Welcoming staff and interior.
