Great location and decor and the staff were very friendly. Who can resist free port and there were always snacks and drinks available in the lounge area.
Coffee making facilities in the room would have been useful.
Great service from all of the staff,good breakfast and the unlimited coffee teas and cakes were a bonus
Nothing to dislike
The location was perfect for all the Christmas markets, the hotel design and decor is stunning, the staff are absolutely amazing! The whole vibe of the hotel and reception area is perfect and cosy.
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

Great location downtown near all the tourist sites. Close to shops, metro, train, restaurants.
Beds were comfortable but on the firm side for us. Personal preference, we are from the U.S. 😀
Excellent location. Housekeeping was very good. Staff were very pleasant.
We did not take breakfast. One of my friends had stayed once before and said it was not good value. Also, no tea making facility in the room
A fabulous small boutique hotel in a great location - staff go out of their way to accommodate you - a lovely little haven in a busy area - my number one hotel in Lisbon!
Lovely spacious room with great views across the city. Great location and only a few minutes walk to Rossio Station, buses and trams. So nice having the teas, coffees, cakes and port in the lounge area and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. We also enjoyed using the pool which was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again!
Would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room but we were told at the end we could have had a kettle - next time we’ll ask for that! Other than that no complaints!
The hotel considered the guests’ needs and fulfilled them. Complimentary toiletries, port and water bottles in the room. Delicious breakfast and afternoon port, hot drinks, water and pastries included. Late checkout and lovely staff.
