The location of the place was great!
The room and common areas weren’t clean, also the bathrooms were so far away, and two of the ladies toilets form the second floor were broken, and disgusting. They have lockers but they charged you x hour (even you have been sleeping there…).
Brilliant location. Lovely comfortable beds.

I booked a mix gender room. There was 4 beds however I ended up being the only girl. I didn’t feel safe but didn’t bother to speak to staff as it was late
The showers really need to be renovated
Modern, clean and no fuss. I find the beds super comfy
Elvira was absolutely lovely — super kind and welcoming at the front desk. She really made my stay at Generator London feel warm and friendly!

The location was decent and the hostel offered a lot of amenities such as on site game rooms, karaoke, bar and restaurant.
The staff was incredibly rude and aloof on many occasions. The showers were so small I could barely turn around in them. The showers were facilities also offered no changing areas, shelves, benches etc to keep things from getting wet or at risk of being knocked into the wet floor. Central location and bed linen room very clean
Shower area small would like bigger area for changing within shower cubicle as changing room separate
