Great location and friendly staff. Early (earlier) check-in was granted smoothly by the staff on the spot.
Received emails from different platforms to request extras (early check-in, lower bunk, etc) that were not integrated to one another nor with the staff. I still got my requests honored on the spot, though.
Loved the energy of the place. Lots of guests coming and going, hanging out in the bar area. Room was comfortable and shower, restrooms were clean. Location is excellent with easy access to cafes, bars, sites and the underground.
Nothing negative to say. We really enjoyed our few nights there.
The bedding was clean and beds comfortable, towels provided. Shower was hot. Location was great. Staff helpful.
Staff were helpful to let us move rooms after we found out we were about 3 corridors away from the bathrooms. When we got to the new room, the sink was full of water. So we couldn't use it.
Friendly and helpful staff on arrival with check in. Regular cleaning of toilets and wash areas.
Very noisy until 2am . No soundproofing of room from corridor. Some parts of the corridor smelt of urine. Bedding was itchy due to detergent. Some of the lights on the beds didn't work.
Location very good, silent area, close to centre.
Bed was not comfortable and was making a noise, and plug in next to bed was not working. Room speciaus but far away from bathroom. Some members of staff were not pleasant to deal with. Very large building and to many people.
Mostly Good Stays, But a Disappointing End I’ve stayed at this hostel multiple times and generally had positive experiences. The hostel provided good service. However, the activities they mentioned do not actually exist, and they failed to make it clear that guests are not allowed to use the common areas to eat food purchased elsewhere.
