The location was perfect for me because I just needed to stay for a night and I needed to take the train to Birmingham the next day. There are many restaurants around.

Pros (+) Generally it is v good But today Sunday 15th December reception staff in morning check in very uncomfortable till 13.15 hours couldn't give me room Very unsatisfied

Pros (+) It’s a great vibe, great location, staff are super friendly and Joao made an extra effort to help me. The restaurant has good food, very nice ladies in the kitchen, and the breakfast was too much (is that possible?)
Cons (-) I was lucky to spend the night when a group of loud school teenagers were there. They made a terrible mess of the bathroom and didn’t stop shouting all night. But that is the teachers responsibility, not the hostel.

Pros (+) Once again, an excellent stay at the Generator . I come here quite regularly whenever in the immediate vicinity. Very comfortable, clean hostel with very good facilities in the heart of London whilst still nestling in a fairly quiet residential area. Spacious dorm with more than adequate storage locker under each bed. Washing machine available. This hostel provides a truly top of the range, self s...

Pros (+) The location is good. The room and beds are fine. We also got a free pizza in the wheel of prizes. We were lucky as our room was very calm and clean.
Cons (-) There is no free breakfast and the shower room is not very clean. Very typical in a hostel to be honest!

Pros (+) The location is convenient, nearby Train stations to transfer from/to the airport, walking tot the city centre or two underground stations nearby (5-10min walking).
Cons (-) For a Generator Hostel, the overall quality and cleanliness of the building was poor. In addition, several staff members were not friendly nor very helpful. First time ever happened at a Generator Hostel (and I have stayed for years in several countries).b
