bedrooms were neat, bathrooms were neat and check in process went very smoothly
a lot of toilets were out of order, and two sinks
The room was lovely. The bar area was very welcoming and bar staff very friendly. Reception was pleasant but could have stood to greet us so we could see and hear what she was saying.
The bed not being made up in the twin room
The staff is great and very attentive, especially Pablo and Giuliana. You both made my stay so much better!☺️ The hostel is always clean, has all the services and good recreation spaces. Lots of fun! P.S. At the entrance there was a roulette and I won a breakfast for the next day, I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Hasn’t really changed in 10 years inside the room I was in anyway
The location was central and easy to get around from. The food, especially the pizza, was amazing and the drinks went down well, all for a very reasonable price. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and nice. It was also very clean.
The toilets could do with an update.
I had to change rooms because they gave hospitality to a homeless person who smelled and was always drunk, threatening and didn't let me sleep at night. It was obvious and they accepted him anyway
Some good facilities and stuff sold at the front desk
The showers were terrible on the 5th floor and didn't even reach my chin height. Also minimal hair dryers.
Location was great for us. Reception staff were helpful with anything needed.
Male cleaner in female bathroom. Made 3 females feel uncomfortable when in shower. We asked for him to wait however he was persistent on needing to clean showers while we were mid shower. Very uncomfortable.
Hostel in good location near to main train station
Washroom was very not clean and unserviceable.
