The hotel was in a good position right in the center. The staff were nice, and the breakfast was reasonable for the price
Unfortunately, we were there at the weekend, so the place was very loud at night.

The room was smaller then it's look on Booking com site.. It was too hot in the room, and we had only small fan, which made a lot of noise.. They may install 1 bigger fan on the wall! The rest was ok
Location is near to the main tourist spots.
The toilet and comforter were dirty. The towels for rent was so thin and expensive.
The location was great. The room was small but cozy, the beds were clean and soft, and the bathroom was comfortable and had shower gel. We didn't order breakfast.

I understand that I booked this hotel knowing they don’t have AC. It’s good for a 1-2day stay but for kore nights I prefer to have an AC.
Really friendly staff, efficient check-in, lockers on site to leave luggage. Location is brilliant - all major sites nearby, super easy to get to by public transport. Good value for money.
The rooms are small and basic. Can be a bit noisy. Shower has only a short curtain so that the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you shower. Need more towels or something to wipe up with!
The location of the hostel is central, only a 5-minute walk to Nyhavn.

Incredibly noisy from street and interior noise. There were bugs in the room when we arrived. My friend saw what looked like bed bug residue on the corner of his mattress. Ideal location, within walking distance to most attractions. Clean room, comfy beds.
There's nowhere to hang clothes, no kettle, no glasses.
