I’ve traveled to 20 countries across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia, and I’ve stayed at Generator in London, Stockholm, and Copenhagen. The staff here are friendly, which is the only positive. Unfortunately, there’s no kitchen, no basic facilities like a microwave, and it lacks the amenities a hostel should normally provide. It also seems you have to pay to store your luggage. Location was really good.
The bathroom in the room smelled like urine. The bathroom was a wet room, the shower curtain did nothing to stop the room getting soaked. They only provided two towels in the room none for in the bathroom.
Location- walking distance to metro station and most tourists attractions
It could be noisy during the night. We can hear noises from the streets. Only 2 small pillows available in the room and duvets were super old and yellowish.
Close to everything!
Rabbits Warren to get to room. No room beside the bed making it difficult to get in and out for us older people. Flat pillow and hard bed. No cups provided for water.
The location was perfect to walk into the main part of the city centre. The staff were friendly, and there were lockers in the reception to use!
Nothing I didn’t like!
The staff were lovely and the room warm and clean with good beds and a decent shower. The location was also good.
The noise. There is a bar at the bottom of the properly, I think there might be two actually, but everyone came out into the street to smoke and drink so there was still a lot of noise at 2am.
Clean, warm and at good location.
Room was so small.
Absolutely nothing.
Everything. This place is absolutely disgusting, dirty and so run down. I made the decision not to stay here and booked a hotel round the corner. I would never allow my baby son to stay in such a horrible place.
The location was great
An hanger in the room will be useful
