The hotel was exactly what we wanted: small, refined and located right in the heart of Sultanahmet. The staff were all wonderful, especially the knowledgeable and helpful concierges who recommended lots of places of interest off the beaten track that we could easily have overlooked. We had the option of the buffet or a-la-carte breakfast, so had many tasty options from which to choose. The service was very good too.
All the staff members were very warm, kind, and welcoming. The concierge service was top notch, and the gentleman helped us greatly by suggesting restaurants ideas.

Everything this is my second stay here , the building itself is historic and it’s located in the heart of a historic area , but the main thing I love about this hotel and will make me come back many times more is their staff so helpful , kind and they remember every detail about our preferences in my opinion the best hotel staff in Istanbul
