The property is beautiful and historical — definitely take the tour offered by the Concierge each day!
Loved everything about it.
Location and environment were excellent. Staff very helpful and cordial.
Since it was between seasons and the outside was not too cold the rooms felt stuffy with no a/c. In fact, at night it was hot and I had trouble sleeping.
A wonderful place to experience the beautiful city of Prague. A fantastic location, exceptional service, a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing room, a delightful bar downstairs and delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Every detail was carefully considered and everything you needed was at hand. We could have asked for more attentive staff. A real joy!!

The spa was unfortunately closed for renovation when we arrived. But I believe it should open soon. Tip - take the newer rooms (the ones without wall to wall carpet). All rooms are great - but these have better vibes.

Everything was good, except hot water for the shower was just warm. Other than that perfect.
