It's a nice hotel in a nice part of town, however our suit was next to the tram and you could hear it at nights and early mornings. Other than that it's a nice facility with great breakfast and amenities.

Definitely tell them you do not want a small room. Staff was wonderful, the place is beautiful but our room was incredibly small, 3 tiny drawers for all of your folded clothes, one tiny window in the whole place. Towel rack stays warm so keeps your room warm, probably good in winter but not in May. Other rooms were bigger be specific when reserving

Likedthe augustine was absolutely fantastic. the courtyard and restaurant were beautiful. the room was so clean, good-sized and they had the room with the extra bed set up for our daughter ready when we arrived. i miss it already.
Dislikedthis kind of excellence comes with a price. for us, it was worth every penny.

LikedGreat, historic hotel. Fantastic setting, great staff, great spa, and a really nice cocktail bar. Couldn't ask for more.
